What a Stud

My sister gave me this onsie when Cason was born and I've been looking forward to putting him in it ever since. It's still a bit big but he sure does look cute. I love giving stuff to Cason for him to hold. Here he's holding my chapstick and I love watching him grip it in his hands and watching him try to put it in his mouth. It is so much fun watching him learn.Cason is so close to rolling over. He almost made it here but couldn't quite make it. Travis just barely tapped his elbow and over he went. I'm sure he'll be getting it any day now.

Cason and Trav got lots of play time yesterday. Cason had a fun time exploring his hair-
and his nose-We sure are enjoying every day with Cason. He's such a blessing.
Oh, and we weighed him this weekend at 15 lbs. and 25 inches. He's getting so big!

The most precious thing I ever saw-

This beautiful smile-It's amazing how much he is smiling these days. Some times we still have to work pretty hard to get to smile like this but it is getting a bit easier every day and I am loving it!

Oh and play time. Have I mentioned how he's starting to hold toys and put them in his mouth? So much fun to watch.
The other day when Cason was sitting on the couch Maestro went right up to him and tried to snuggle. Cason looked a bit annoyed as Maestro stepped over some personal boundry lines but I guess he'll have to learn to get used to it. So cute. Cason has been doing really great with the tummy time. I'm trying to give him more time on his tummy and he's doing really great. I love getting down on the floor with him and talking to him. So much fun.
Yep, I have the best job in the world. Sorry Dad. :)

Cason's big day

At the end of December we had Cason blessed. We figured it was the best time since family on both sides were here for the holidays. Travis did an amazing job and the spirit was so strong. I can't tell you how blessed and how grateful I am to have the Priesthood in my home. And thanks to my amazing husband and him honoring his Priesthood, it is alwas with us. Thank you to all of the family and friends that were there for us. We are so grateful for all of your love and support. I finally have pictures of the big day. Enjoy!

Everyone that was there (minus a couple of people that had already left)

Cason pretty much slept the whole time-
Some times he'll keep one eye open, it's hilarious

Good luck 2010

I don't think 2010 has much of a chance when it comes to out doing 2009. What an amazing year we had. We started the year off in Cedar and started the year out perfectly with knowing we were ready for our family and were blessed enough to become pregnant! Other great things that happened this year: I got Travis to dance with me (thank you Valentines Day), my older sister and her husband adopted a beautiful baby boy, Travis graduated from Grad school, got his first real job (with a real salary :) ), we moved to Orem, got a puppy, my younger sister got married, and we, of course, had our baby! On top of all of that we were able to swing a vacation to Pennsylvania and a camping trip in the summer. Yep, an amazing year! Good luck 2010.
